What to Expect:

Come join our preschool day camp offering a balanced mix of structured activities and free play.

Circle time with songs and stories, interactive arts and crafts, sensory play, and games encourage socializing, motor skills, and creativity.

Our days focus on fostering socialization, communication, and early learning skills in a fun nurturing environment.

Communication Skills

Children will practice speaking clearly, following directions, and using basic phrases to express their needs. This includes activities that foster listening and responding to others in both one-on-one and group settings.

Social Interaction

Children will engage in role-playing games, cooperative activities, and group discussions to help them understand and practice social cues like taking turns, sharing, and making eye contact.

Routine Following

The camp teaches children how to follow simple daily routines, such as transitioning from one activity to the next, understanding schedules, and learning the steps involved in common tasks like eating or getting ready for the day.

Problem Solving

Through structured play and guided activities, children are encouraged to solve age-appropriate problems, which boosts their confidence in making decisions and handling challenges.

Motor Skills

Activities like drawing, cutting with scissors, playing with building blocks, or engaging in simple physical exercises help improve both fine and gross motor skills, which are crucial for daily tasks.

Emotional Regulation

The camp helps children recognize and express their emotions in healthy ways, providing tools for managing frustration, anxiety, or excitement in social and personal situations.

Our Team:

Emily Cross is a dedicated speech therapist, founded a preschool camp designed to support young children in developing essential daily life skills. With a background in speech and language therapy, Emily recognized the gap in early childhood programs for children who needed extra guidance in communication and basic functional tasks.

The camp incorporates personalized activities tailored to each child's needs, helping them master routines like group games, following instructions and cooperating with peers.
